Events & trainingOur story
NPHLA is a young organization, and we are building it with the people it serves. Members approved during our inaugural campaign are recognised as Founding Members.
Our first programs include an Annual Convention, Long-Term Care Workshops, Mental Health First Aid training and a webinar series in development — alongside the Leadership Institute and Knowledge Hub.
As the Alliance grows, this page will tell the fuller story — including milestones and results, reported with sources you can check.
NPHLA is an independent professional membership organization. It is not a government body, licensing board or accrediting organization.
Values
We publish only what we can stand behind, and we say clearly what we do not yet know.
Membership is reviewed and held to published standards.
Every role in pharmacy and healthcare belongs here — from student to system leader.
We favour ideas that work in real practice over ideas that only sound good.
Members control what is shared about them. We never sell personal information.
We will measure our work honestly and report it openly, with sources.
Leadership & governance
Leadership profiles are published once each biography has been verified and approved for publication.
