What is NPHLA not?
NPHLA is a professional membership association. It is not a government agency, a licensing board, an accrediting body or a regulator.
NPHLA membership, the Member ID and the NPHLA Member mark are not a license, certification, credential or accreditation, and NPHLA does not verify professional licensure. To confirm a license, check with the relevant state licensing board.

How is NPHLA Intelligence produced?
NPHLA Intelligence starts from official records — the FDA, the Federal Register, ClinicalTrials.gov, PubMed and other primary sources — and links every briefing to the sources it is based on.
AI assists with drafting briefings from those sources under published rules, and every AI-assisted draft is reviewed and approved by an NPHLA editor before publication.
The daily “What Changed Today” digests are compiled automatically from official records, without interpretation, and link to each record. Corrections are made openly and dated.

Are NPHLA’s testimonials and member stories real?
