Corrections
When NPHLA gets something wrong, we correct it in public, date the correction and explain it briefly. Professional credibility matters more than appearing perfect.
Our corrections policy
- Substantive errors are corrected on the page itself, with a dated note that briefly explains what was wrong.
- Published briefings are never silently rewritten: corrections, clarifications and updates stay visible on the briefing, and earlier versions are kept in our records.
- Research reports carry their own dated corrections, and every correction on a public briefing or report appears in the log below.
- Typos and formatting fixes that do not change meaning are made without a note.
Corrections, clarifications and updates
- Correction
- Something we published was wrong. We fix it and say what changed.
- Clarification
- What we published was accurate but could be misread. We add context.
- Update
- The story moved on — new records, a status change, a new deadline. Updates are dated on the briefing’s update timeline and are not errors.
Report an error
Please contact NPHLA with the address of the page and what you believe is wrong, ideally with a source. Journalists can use the press contact form. An editor checks every report against the sources; if we got it wrong, we correct it and the correction appears here.
Corrections log
No corrections have been published yet
This log lists every correction and clarification recorded on a public NPHLA Intelligence briefing or research report. It is empty because none have been recorded — not because none will ever be needed.
