Pharmacy listings
Listing information comes from pharmacies and NPHLA staff. We work to keep it accurate but cannot guarantee it. Confirm details directly with the pharmacy. A listing is not an endorsement.
Membership, events and contributions
Membership is governed by the Membership Terms and the Membership Standards & Code of Conduct. Event registration, sponsorships and contributions are governed by the policies shown when you make them.
The NPHLA name and Member mark
The NPHLA name, logo and Member mark may only be used as described in the member mark guidelines. NPHLA membership is not a license, certification or accreditation.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date of the latest update will be shown on this page once the terms are approved.
