Membership Terms

The terms that apply to applying for and holding NPHLA membership.

Applying

Membership of the National Pharmacy Health & Leadership Alliance is by application. Submitting an application does not guarantee membership. NPHLA staff review each application and may ask for more information, recommend a different membership category, or decline an application. You may withdraw your application at any time before a decision.

You agree that the information in your application is accurate and complete, and that you will tell us if it materially changes.

Membership

Memberships are annual. Benefits, eligibility, voting privileges, renewal terms and refund policies are subject to NPHLA’s approved bylaws and membership policies. Dues for each category are published on the membership page; no payment is taken when you apply.

Conduct

Members agree to uphold the Membership Standards & Code of Conduct. NPHLA may suspend or end a membership that breaches these standards, following a fair process.

Member ID, mark and verification

Approved members receive a Member ID and may use the NPHLA Member mark while their membership is current, as described in the member mark guidelines. The mark and Member ID signify current membership of a professional association. They are not a license, certification, credential or accreditation, and must not be presented as one.

Ending membership

You can end your membership at any time by contacting the membership team. When a membership ends, public verification shows it as not current and personalised member marks stop working.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to members by email.
