Strictly necessary
- Sign-in session (payload-token) — keeps members and staff signed in. Set only when you sign in; removed when you sign out or it expires.
- Content preview — used only by NPHLA staff to preview unpublished pages.
Stored in your browser (not cookies)
- Saved application answers — the membership application saves your answers on your device so you can return later. License numbers, NPI and confirmations are never saved. You can clear them from the form at any time.
- Privacy choices — remembers if you opted out of analytics.
- Payment status refresh — a temporary flag while a payment confirmation page waits for the payment provider.
Analytics
Website analytics are off unless NPHLA enables a privacy-focused, cookieless service. When enabled, they honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track, and you can opt out on our privacy choices page.
Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the sign-in cookie, you will not be able to sign in.
