NPHLA Industry Pulse

Short, recurring polls asking members what is changing in their work — staffing, GLP-1 demand, compounding, technology. A few minutes each, published as totals once enough members have answered.

No Pulse is open right now

Each Pulse is open for a fixed period. Members with research invitations switched on get an email when the next one opens.

How the Pulse works

  • Cadence. Pulse polls run periodically. Each is open for a fixed window shown on the poll, and most take only a few minutes.
  • Who takes part. NPHLA members — usually those with a current membership; each poll says who it is for. People choose whether to respond, so results describe the members who answered, not the whole profession.
  • Privacy. Pulse polls are normally anonymous: no name or member record is stored with the answers, only a one-way code that prevents duplicate answers and is not used to identify anyone. A poll may also store broad attributes from your profile (such as discipline or practice setting) for group totals, and says so before you start.
  • What is published. Totals and percentages, with the number of responses, the field dates, who took part, the method and its limitations — and only once the poll’s minimum number of responses is reached. Groups that are too small are never reported, and written answers are never published.
