Regulatory Deadline Calendar
Verified public-comment deadlines and effective dates from Federal Register documents on the pharmacy, compounding, telehealth, privacy and benefit topics we track — upcoming dates first, then dates that passed in the last 30 days.

A system check is an automated check of the official sources, not a human review. An editorial review is recorded only when one of our editors has reviewed the page.

How is this tracker compiled?
The Intelligence pipeline reads Federal Register documents (rules, proposed rules and notices) returned by the searches in the Source Registry. When a document matches a tracked topic and comes from a health-related agency, the comment-closing date and the effective date published in the Federal Register’s own data (its comments_close_on and effective_on fields) are recorded as verified dates.
Dates that AI drafting finds in other documents are stored as unverified and never appear here unless an editor confirms them. Every row links to the Federal Register document.
Selection: Verified regulatory dates from 30 days ago onward.
What does it cover?
U.S. federal documents published in the Federal Register that match the configured searches — including FDA compounding, FDA drug rules and notices, DEA telemedicine prescribing, HIPAA and pharmacy benefit managers — and a tracked topic. State deadlines and dates published only on agency websites are not included.
What are its limitations?
Agencies can extend, reopen or withdraw comment periods. This calendar reflects the Federal Register record as of the last check and shows a date as cancelled or changed only when an editor records it. Always confirm a date in the official document before acting. Not legal advice.
How often is it updated?
Federal Register searches run every 4 to 12 hours, as configured; dates are marked as passed automatically.
System checked is the last time an automated check of the underlying official sources succeeded — it is not a human review. Editorially reviewed appears only when an editor has reviewed this tracker. Each row shows its own check: an automated system check or an editor’s verification.
Data origin: NPHLA analysis of public data. Professional reference only — not medical, legal or regulatory advice. Always confirm a record in its primary source. Spotted an error? Tell us.
